I want to implement/rebalance my retirement Portfolio following the allocations in the table below. The 3 objectives are to focus on 1) Specific asset class or market sector  2) No style drift  3) low portfolio turnover.

I prefer ETF's large enough to support trading volume, and with extemely low turnover. Thanks in advance for your recommendations.

Hi Davake,

I generally draw the line at advice. I'm just not that smart.

I would wonder why you have so little in internationals. Is it because you have that much faith in the US being the superior market?

Your portfolio looks a bit over done to me. There is a premium for small caps and value, but not for small growth. Most people who want to split this use small value and small blend.  Mid caps act like a combination of small and large and aren't specifically an asset class. An allocation with 5% or less won't have enough impact on the portfolio to get the desired diversification benefit. All those bond funds might give you the return of total bond fund. You might consider adding TIPs.

You can research ETFs and index funds at IndexUniverse. They have a good data screen that should get you what you want. Click on data.
