Safecount "popup"

This survey window continuously appears even after I have closed it.  I go to another screen in Morningstar and here it comes again.  I close it.  I go to another screen and here it comes again.  If you are looking to annoy your paying members, you are doing a very fine job.  Can this not be made to appear just once (if at all) for your duration on Morningstar?

Thanks, Dan

<edit> Any chance you could also include the yield in your cash accounts to be included in your total dividend yield in the portfolio manager?  Obviously, we would have to manually input the yield.

Thanks again, Dan

Equally annoyed here with the survey popup (which i filled in the first time) and it keeps popping up all the time, as well as another morningstar popup asking me to take a subscription in the Economist....

Morningstar better fix this fast else you will annoy many of your loyal premium subscribers

M*Darrin appears to be a no show.  Unfortunate but not unexpected.  Having said that, I have not had the annoyance so far this evening.

M* still should respond, even if just to say tough luck.

Hey Dan,

Tough luck....just kidding :-)

When I helped M* with some Beta testing awhile back, including cash was one of my concerns. There is no way to compute the yield, therefore, the portfolio is incorrect if cash is a big component for you. I agree with your request 100%.

Regarding the annoying pop-up.......it drove me crazy yesterday, but I haven't seen it today........yet.  Maybe someone heard your plea?

Dan,

A few days ago I forwarded your concerns, and this full thread, to our Ad Sales department and our Director of Site Development.

When I see threads that provide user feedback, if it is related to Discuss, I respond, and if it is related to another area, I forward it on to the appropriate parties. Sometimes my co-workers will reply on the forums, or via e-mail, or not reply but use the comments to shape their decisions going forward.  I can see how the latter makes it seem like we're not listening, so in the future I will let you know that I've forwarded the message on.

Regards,

M*_Darrin

Dear M*_Darin

Apprecaite your forwarding our concerns, so now what?

My expectation, which i dont think is too much, is that you come with some answer from them confirming they are working on removing this annoyance.

A second concern i have is that as of the last week, and again since the Beta, is that several times a day i now have to enter my email and passowrd to reaccess premium services, and checking the field to remember the password seems not to work any more.  This is very annoying and would appreciate your getting this glitch fixed as well.

George,

In talking with my co-workers, the following came to mind:

Have you recently started using a different browser, or changed the "cookie" settings in your browser?  Typically your login settings are stored in a cookie so you don't need to repeatedly login.  The survey uses a similar approach to record if you've taken the survey before, so these two items occurring in parallel have me wondering if that is a factor.

Thanks,

M*_Darrin
