Foreign Stock Plus Yield

I am looking to revamp my portfolio somewhat and I would like to try to accomplish two goals with 1 mutual fund:

a)      Increase my foreign percent.  Current % is 8.5 - Large Cap Value.  I would  like to get my foreign up to between 10-15%.

b)      Obtain a yield above 3.5% .  I would like to get some yield to use as income, capital gains would be reinvested (probably)

The fund needs to be available through Fidelity (TF is ok), but no load.

In screening funds, these four seemed to have possibilities:

AFJDX – Allianz NFJ International Value

Large Cap Value

Expense 1.46%

Yield 3.15%

Managers:  2 – 5 years

Return 3 years:  27.3%

OPIEX – Optique International Value

Large Cap Value

Expense 1.38%

Yield 4.56%

Managers:  8 to 10 years

Return 3 year:  15.09

Return 5 year:  18.60

TAVIX – Third Avenue International Value

Medium/Small Value

Expense 1.45%

Yield 3.49%

Managers: 7 years

Return 3 year:  11.86%

Return 5 year:  21.80%

LZSMX – Lazard International Small Cap

Medium/Small Growth

Expense 1.20%

Yield 3.46%

Managers:  1 to 15 years

Return 3 year:  10.91%

Return 5 year:  18.80%

I am leaning towards the LZSMX due to being able to add medium/small foreign exposure with a decent expense ratio.

I would appreciate your thoughts both on the plan, and the possible funds.

Thanks,

LR

I can't give you a link b/c I was logged in when I did it.  Go to Fido, mutual funds, research.  Type in the first symbol and then compare in the upper right list and add the other symbols.  I added ARTIX as a large cap growth to compare it to your value choices.  Look at the table.  Look at the chart view for varying time periods.  I tried to substitute allianz large cap value A to try and get a 10 yr period but it also doesn't have a 10 year history.
