I did the update from the Treasury website, but I am still getting "N/A's" for bonds with interest rate dates of Nov. & May?

Anyone been getting this problem?  I have done this before but maybe I forgot a step somewhere.  Haven't seen any posts on this site or diehards.org of anyone having these problems.

Any help/suggestions will be appreciated.
