g-man:Our daughter will be born soon, so my wife & I have decided to update our wills. I spoke with an attorney and he quoted me a price of $200 for a will, POA, and a another document- can't remember. I can download a each document from USlegalforms.com for a significant discount, however, would the documents from this site stand in court? Would I be better off taking the attorney's offer for added peace of mind?
Thanks,
Greg
You're not gonna like my answer, Greg. I think something that important should be done through an attorney if not for the fact that states have different laws. And if you get a Will, POA and medical POA or Trust for 200 bucks, it is well worth it.
