It was down almost 15%. This is where it stood on 8-6-07, so was there that much "Hurricane Premium" in the price?

down to $69.00/Bbl. I'm now wondering if there are Hedge Funds which are unwinding their positions to cover redemptions?

I am sure there were several hedge funds unloading. That and there is not an accelerated demand currently. If you check futures you will see the low prices do not extend out into next year.
