Sorry, I tried. If anyone can do it please do post the relevant tables and explanations of the vriables, most importantly of "CV" which Jack describes as meausre of risk per unit of return. If you go to the thread you will see that the CV for the REA is very low, lowest one for all shown in the table with an REA value of 0.13. Note the data refers to 3 years of data ending in 2006.
In a subsequent post he posted this tabe (HEY it printed to the screen!)

Nat asked for ten-year numbers.
My
TIAA-CREF data tables (monthly returns) start on 4/1/97. That is the
earliest date that data is available for CREF Inflation Linked Bond. I
have data for TIAA Real Estate, CREF Infl Lnkd Bnd, CREF Stock, CREF
Equity Index, and CREF Global.
The figures for 4/1/97 - 8/31/06
are given below. I plan to update my tables to the current date and
back fill to the inception of TIAA Real Estate. (When I get around to
it.)
