PMNA debuts today

PowerShares Middle East and Africa ETF debuted today. Its symbol is PMNA and it should be fairly close to a TRAMX type ETF given the relatively small choices of quality stocks in that region. PMNA Like TRAMX this is another vehicle for taking a small position in an interesting area of the world that individual investors cannot access directly.
Caution: I own TRAMX but investing in this area should be carefully risk managed.
