I've always considered him as one of the smartest investors around.Using his philosophy of waiting to but till blood runs in the streets helped get me started in investing.Not every one of my decisions were winners,but they did win out over the losers.

I still own Franklin Balance Sheet fund which I got in on with only a 1 1/2% load and am grandfathered at that rate.This opened the door to the rest of the fund family which I can trade into with no additional load.
