I guess my optimism is created on the fact that there is always good and bad in the World. We are definitely going through the bad. As far as saying when the good is coming,I hope it is soon. Even the so-called Sages of WallStreet do not have a handle on timing of the Market.One thing for almost certainty there still might be a change in the Market during the Q4 Christmas Rally and Election Time. Think we might bump up a little and I hope we have a clearer picture of the Q's to come.Here's to a 10% increase to the UPSIDE in the Market and $3 a gal. gas. Wouldn't that be nice?
