The short answer is no.

Your speculation in the energy markets have practically no effect on the global demand/supply of oil. Therefore, it should have practically no effect on the market price. However, if you were planning to receive tankers of oil and store them. In that case, you would be removing supply from the market place and could have an impact on the market price.
