Wow, I did get a shock, M* change the way they look at funds, style box, foreign and 'other'..  I didn't know the answer off the top of my head so I had to look.  I discovered the format changes... 

I guess I'm getting cynical in my aging process...  I want to wake up US and compete, due to politics, laws, etc..  we will be caught flat footed, and realize this too late..

I'm not an expert on stocks, so I can't comment.  I like having a manager in the country where they can spot values, and irregularities.  I've done business with 12hr time difference, Japan, korea, china,  it has been awkward at best.

If you are serious, I'd start a new discussion and see what experience you can find...
