Thank you for your thoughts Raj, I am inclined to begin a graduated move out of equities as you suggest...I wish I could do it sooner but hopefully the timing will be such that i can indeed do so 'on highs' as you suggest.  I am way more conservative about the markets as i look at the near-term indicators.
