Thanks for taking the time to do this Kerryvan -- I had tried to paste this in earlier but something was hanging my mac browser..

The M* overview suggests a fairly reasonable diversification and expense ratio average... though looking at estimated MF Expenses and adding that to the Advisor Fees that i plan to eliminate - in the realm of 4K/annually) I calculate approximately 11K in annual expense -- though of course that's based on approximate total managed assets at this particular moment. 

I should add that this year my income will be a great deal closer to the range of 45-50k the way things are going, & I also will pay estimated Tax by year-end of abt. 15k so the Cash amt shown should actually indicate around 280k.

Actual non-invested cash that would be available this year would be under 100k - mainly because two of the CDs in which I have 200k right now, will not mature til '09 and 2010.(yields all 4%).
