As I always do.  You should understand your opponent first, I'm not sure you fully comprehend the power of my argument.  It is based on the proposition that we are all as Americans equal by birthright, and only the dark side will convince you of anything different. 

But I am happy that you find it compelling enough to be suspicious, that is a sign of a good thinker, but don't let cynicism bring you down.  In your line of business, you have no other choice  but to go along with the victim mentality that is written into our laws.  A certain degree of cognitive dissonance is necessary to survive in your line of work, but I find the idea of gender quotas in violation of central themes of our collective spirit as equalitarians,  and would turn down the generous salary and go my own way.  

But not everyone can be a pure idealist when the rubber hits the road and certainly you do what you got to do in this world.  I remain, self employed and I serve the client without regard to race, religion, or gender.  Money is green no matter who pays.

Everybody has adversaries, but it is the paranoid who believe it is some zeitgeist tracking them down for life, and that some new -ism would be appropriate for their defense.  Leftism is a demonstrable example of man's frustrations and vain attempts to ask government to give some meaning to the despair in life all will experience at one point or another,  more appropriately addressed by the individual's own personal self outlook.  The truely needy have always had a place in our society's heart, it is this argument that everybody is handicapped,  that is a slap in the face of humanity for those who truely are.

This entire thread is based on a false premise about gender pay.  In our family, we recognize the only hurdles for our girls are entirely self imposed.  That is liberty.  That is real emancipation, not phoney doctrine from the state.  Our three year old understands this better than any phd from the left.  Incredible, but common sense is not a credit in college, but towing the leftist line definitely will improve your standing in most any university.
