Hello Bill,

I will say in general I believe it is not a good time to buy

 emerging market debt.

My reason is  that the emerging markets have like we in the

USA ,a  problem with inflation due to rising cost of oil and food. They will need to raise their interest rate. So if this is correct, that will  lower the price for EDD bonds and that will affect the NAV of
this fund.

 The instability in world markets is also a negative.

 Just my opinion and Best wishes.
