PreII, of the 6 individual issues you mentioned, I hold 5 - all except the Novartis.  And KMP and KMR is one of my larger holdings, also.

(I noted that you spelled the company name "Reality Income" as opposed to Realty Income - given the kind of company they are, I kind of like your name.)

Anyway, my two cents is that, right now, a price in the low $70's for DEO is a compelling number and a price in the low $20's for the reality company is also quite compelling.   :)
