Hi Steve, I think our posts passed in the night. The seemingly excessive management fee (2.21%) portion of the expense ratio is explained, I believe, even in the N-CSR of Oct07, by the interest cost of the reverse repo. Like you, I did not find a new N-CSRS, UH makes a good point.
