Go to as much cash as you can.  Take some time off.  Get some sun. Play some golf. go fishing.  Do whatever you do, but get into a capital preservation mode as far as you can.  That light you see might be a train.

I agree.  I'm now a tad over 50% cash, and another 25% is balanced funds.  Unfortunately I established my foreign position too early, and I'm paying the price for that, but you can't get it 100% right 100% of the time - at least I can't.  Overall, I'm just waiting for the carnage to abate at this point.

Everytime I get this feeling I am in cash, 100% cash now. I get inpatient I start seeing a TURN up in every down day I say to myself "ah this is it".

I try to FORCE something or I get it in my head I know where the market is going...

I lose money....
