Cause & Effect AKHalea  07-02-2008, 6:18 AM | Post #2534760

I believe that we may be confusing the cause & effect. When the investment flows rise, a bull market is born, and the reverse when the money flows fall. It is the money flows that are the CAUSE of market's direction. So it is not that the average investor follows the money flow, but more like causes the money flow when people decide in big numbers to go this way or that and the market follows either up or down AFTER the money flows in. Thus, I believe that being contrarian to the money flows may be a good way for us to stay out of trouble .... Anil Topics bull market contrarian investment market View Complete Thread
