Not at all, PRESS. What do you think the EEOC does? They look at the data. There has been hiring going on for only three years and the men make significantly more than the women. Why? Are there no qualified women? Did you not recruit women? Did you promote men over women? Do you favor men over women? This goes on all the time in the private sector. And Obama criticized McCain for NOT supporting a bill that would make it EASIER FOR WOMEN TO SUE for just this kind of thing. I'm not making anything up. I am asking the same questions a good lawyer would ask of Obama Inc in court, using the very law that Obama voted for.

Frankly, if I were an EEOC attorney, I would be wondering why the ratio of women to men in McCain's camp was at a 2:1 ratio. Are there no qualified men?
