I have made no moves in the past couple weeks.  Actually I'm waiting for a rally so I can add to my bear funds which are doing well along with SLW. 

It looks like todays activities made the major index's look a bit less oversold and precious metals a little more precious.  I agree that there is a significant probability that the ECB doesn't raise their rates, but we'll have to wait and see.

I understand that Congress has approved military funding necessary to contain the Iranian threat.  I have not confirmed that as yet.
