Drip guy if you are really interested the board consensus (not sure how you go about determining this) you are definitely on the wrong track with JWR.

 I'd suggest if you are looking a investing philosophy that most of the board shares, I'd suggest you look at the work published by Josh Peter editor of the M* Dividend Investor newsletter, and recent book on dividend investing.
