I vote for starting a new Stockpickers contest.
I think the contest that might generate a lot of interest would be to start with $10,000 and roll the profits/losses into successive months and see who wins with the most money on 12/31/08.
If nothing else, this type of contest will give us more flexibility in a bearmarket trend. The monthly stockpicking will also ensure more active participation. I hope you all agree with me and choose to go with this option.
