I was surprised, I put in your EM fund then a few others that are not targeted to a country. see charts

 They all look the same, then I'd consider tax and expense of each of the funds.  If it is in a tax free account then the expense ratio makes the call for me.

I don't own track many Small caps,  one that is on my radar screen is etegx..  The past performance as been #1 by M* for the past few yrs.  ytd doesn't look bad,  okay it is a load fund but if it always does better then why not pay..
