Stephenl $91,312 Ouch. Minus 9% Year to Date stephenl  06-30-2008, 4:37 PM | Post #2534158

Well, for once I'm getting my numbers in,in good time.

I got a bit of a dividend this time around.  VPU about 52.6 cents a share I think.  At least thats what I calculated it form the disbursement in my real life account.

No changes made except for the cash from the dividend or gains or whatever.

VHT  536 shares   at 53.09 per share.

VDC 479 shares at 65.16 per share

VPU 371 shares at 83.93 per share

195 dollars added to cash for VPU gains--dividends-whatever takes cash to 506.99.

So my "recession" picks for this contest are down 9% year to date.  As of yesterday I see that the Wilshire 5000 is down 11.27 year to date.  So I may be beating "the market" by a few percent, but I'm sure not shining in this contest!
