McCain has flipped too, on some issues.  However, his changes are more, shall we say, "nuanced".  He also comes out and explains his changes, when necessary, and  why.  Plus, he continues to take some positions that inflame the Republican base. 

Some issues? Here's a somewhat current list....I count 49. That's a hefty bit of nuance.
