I don't know much about these UltraShort funds...thought they were only good for Short-term Interest Income funds and etc. - But since I'd like to get into a new Latin America fund, different than TRowePrice's & Fidelity's aged existing LatAmer funds, is this UFPSX Profunds UltraShort Latin America fund a good investment for an average mutual fund investor for adding some international/diversification exposure to my portfolio? - Or are all these UltraShort funds nothing but another trading/institutional,  "double or nothing", game
