If you want GE at 25, put in a GTC limit otb at 25. Or if you don't feel comfortable with an open GTC otb hanging over your head, just put in a day limit otb at 25. Then, if your order doesn't and you still want GE at 25, re-enter another day limit order for the next trading day.

If you're like me, when you're at work, you don't have the time to even think about the Dow or stock quotes or orders. For me, limit orders are a god-send.
