Yeah, I know. McCain will not cut and run in Iraq. Rice and Cheney (and Rove, too) agree with that strategy. You've admitted you don't know what Obama will do. We do know he called for all US troops to be out of Iraq by March 2008. That was 3 months ago. But I'm sure he's saying something different today. Obama doesn't know what Obama will do, so how could anyone else.
