Hi all,

As you probably know Kotlikoff is selling his ESPlanner software to financial planners on the grounds that retirement planning is "rocket science," and while I haven't read his work I have to say it all kind of rubs me the wrong way . . . at one level, I think everyone basically wants more money rather than less, and beyond that I'm not sure there's all that much more we can (confidently) say . . . note also that even with /many/ software programs NASA has had enough tragic failures to give anyone pause . . .
