How long do we do that?
Are these bases from which we attack those "Radical Islam" countries?
How many soldiers would you say will "occupy" each of these 58 permanent bases. 

Do we suppose that KBR and/or other contractors will need to be at these permanent bases to cook and clean - and provide security for ....
