Darrin, it's all slow. Sometimes the home page won't even load. Stock quotes, discussion boards, portfolio, analyst research - you name it. It's 8pm Eastern time now, the market has fallen 3%, and your site is absolutely overwhelmed. It took me 3 minutes to get to this screen so I could post this reply.

As an interesting side note, I notice that your institutional customers ALWAYS have access. At the top of the home page, click: company site>>>for institutions>>>hedge fund services. That path always loads, first time, every time. Perhaps I am being cynical, but it would appear that M* is choking off bandwidth to premium members and allocating server resources to high margin, high net worth institutional clients. I understand that this is a business decision, but it still makes me very unhappy.

I was having coffee yesterday with a friend, and I invited him to research a few of his favorite stocks on M*'s website. His one and only comment about Morningstar was "Wow, this is really slow".
