EFA looks almost oversold.  If I were to short it, I would wait for a bounce, then short the bounce.  Now that I have said that, I also have to say that today is beginning to look like a great day to be short.  European exchanges are all red and dropping.  Domestic futures are predicting a gap down on the indexs.  TNX is dropping this morning, as is the USD.   It looks like it is time to check the color of your parachute folks.
