for what it's worth , i think closer referred to this and i think i agree with mohammed el erian, john burbank of passport capital, and heebner. i'd focus on brazil and the middle east through ewz and tramx as long term holds, while dollar cost averaging the positions in slowly. having visited most of the countries represented in tramx - i see far less risk than others are anticipating and tremendous stability in some of the countries. in my opinion, when it comes to other em, dollar cost averaging is better than lump-summing in this environment.
