We have an interesting start.  I hadn't thought that China was outsourcing for labor, but I believe they do rely on Veit Nam and others for labor that is cheaper than theirs.  I also hadn't considered that Russia was a high tech exporter, but it makes sense with their nuclear capabilities and other tech.  I would add electronic tech to S Korea and Taiwan.  Australia and Canada are probably harder to define with their complex economies which seem to be commodities based, but are much broader than that.
