After learning about the availability of WASYX through Merrill Lynch Direct (NL/NTF, $500 and $50 minimums for taxable and retirement accounts, respectively) from Owen, I made three purchases of this fund at MLD then moved the shares to Wellstrade ($50 transfer fee), where I may buy and sell shares of this fund.  You may wish to call Vanguard and ask if you may hold, buy, and sell shares of this fund there.
