I think it is a good time to start buying, DCAing in slowly over the course of the summer and fall.  However, I am not as confident that we will see that fourth quarter recovery as I was a month ago.  If you are already in oil and natural gas, it may be a good time to take profits but I am not sure where you would put your profits.

Could try coal?  Still an energy play, but also can play into steel production.
