There is no plan, for energy from either the left or right.  Other than, drive the gas prices up so high, that the lower and middle classes can no longer afford to go to work.

If someone is spending 50% of the income on gas, it is no longer profitable for that person to go to work.

So, the energy plan is to reduce consumption by raising the price of gas out of touch, so that people have to quit their jobs.

Now, what are you going to do with the people that can't afford to go to work?

This is the heigth, the length of stupidity at it's finest in government thinking.

And Obama says that he wants to raise prices, by not drilling in the US, so that we use less gas.  Why not just cut off all supplies of gas?
