Are you still holding SLW?

As I understand SLW its only business is to Buy, Sell and Hold Silver. I'm trying to figure out why it doesn't correlate more closely with Silver -- SLV short term. For instance as I type they are deivating by 2.5% today. Over time they seem to move together with SLW being the more volatile of the two. Do you have any insight?
