I looked at the links you provided, also.  These world/foreign funds make up 27% of my portfolio.  I have PRWCX outside of my 401k.

I just wish mutual funds would notify investors when they make a manager change and the new qualifications of the new manager so we can decide if our $ will tank or do well.  I have JAIGX which thankfully is doing well under the new manager.  I know, Janus has a lot of turnover.  A while back, I had Fid Blue Chip and they made the change which I had for a while and was forced to exchanged.
