I'm pretty sure the list includes investments in other share classes. I don't believe that Dan Fuss with over a million in Loomis Sayles Bond Fund is investing in LSBRX rather than LSBDX. It's possible but seems extremely unlikely. Also, I'm pretty sure investments in a fund are treated the same in terms of reporting, regardless of the exact share class the manager owns.
I suspect Morningstar only listed the primary share class (most widely available/lowest minimum) because it would be redundant to list every share class of a fund.
