I am looking to invest in a taxable account in the following allocation:

70% VTSMX 

30%  VFWIX or VGTSX

My theory is I would be invested in all stocks throughout world. 

I invest in bonds in my tax deferred accts. I also have taxable managed funds that I  DCA but  I am slowing my  frequency of investment to go with indexing to take advantage of tax efficiency.

My question is should I go with  VFWIX or VGTSX?

Also what do you think of 70/30 split?
