By the way in case your still looking for my house, I brought my commodities (Scrap copper heap) to the scrap yard and almost fell over when they handed me $1085 in cash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I thought it was time to do some profit taking!  Dont underestimate what a small pile of copper is worth.  Now I am starting the pile all over again!  Its quite small at the moment and wont be worth the gas for you to come for it!  :o)
