As one of the targets of the negative fairies, I agree with LynnC.  When I'm disagreeing with popular opinion or goring someone's ox, o.k., that's fair game but when a statement that "whole life insurance is insurance not an investment" garners a minus three, why in the world should I post here to return what others taught me here?  It's not worth the it.
