I can't help you with LA; I only have ETFs (GML) and stocks.

For Eastern Europe, EUROX is the standard choice.

Asia Pacific has many more choices. The Matthews family is the primary specialist in this area, especially if you want single-country or specialty funds. But also have a look at SASPX. Pacific Rim is the one thing Wells Fargo does well; all their other funds are dogs.
