I still think you should slow down and stop letting your disdain (quite rightfully so I am sure!) for your advisor and loads cloud your judgment.

However, if you feel you have done your homework, and you feel a 100% indexing strategy is right for you, then I guess there is not much more to discuss, you wont find index funds through AF.

Do a rollover to Vanguard and your on your way.  You will find much comfort on the Bogleheads forum.
