imo? As far as Bond Funds go?

 LSBRX AND ?

Why? Harbor Funds have been a Client of  the Limo Co. I've been with for yrs. and Is also owned by the Co.s in it's Pension Plan as well as a Recommended Bond Fund for It's 100+ Employees over the yrs..
But, It's the old, you do business with us, we do with you... Chicago Trick..

Fortunately It's Held up against the  Index like VBIIX.

But, with Such Dismall Rtns, ( 6.5% 10/yr apy )  but since I have most of my $ in a Taxable Port.. I reduced my % allocations in Bonds and have increased my Bal. Funds holdings for Lower Tax reasons & High Tot. rtn.   APY's..

and yes, I agree with "Pimoco's High Fee's"...

But if He can Get it, more power to him...
