OT - OPEC Oil Production - Anil and Others

Anil, et. al.,
I've been trying to come up with some stats on OPEC oil
production. It's something I'd like to monitor on a regular
basis, particularly in chart form. (Other countries are fine too,
but I'd like OPEC separated out).
The closest I've come is this site:

Since the data is more granular for the years pre-2008, I'm wondering about the accuracy of the 2008 data.
I'm also wondering how OPEC disseminates it's data to the world. And what accuracy we assign to that data.
And finally, the consensus seems to be that Saudi Arabia makes good on
it's announced production increases, but other countries do not.
Do we determine that based on OPEC-supplied data?
I apologize for all the questions. If it helps, my main intent is
to just to get the OPEC production figures and make sure they are
accurate. Anything else is icing on the cake.
