I'm new to ETF investing and some globals and energy ETF seem to fit for the risky portions of my portfolio. 

I was wondering about fees.  The management fees seem resonable.  I did get a prospectus on a Select sector spdr etf (XLB) and it seems to say that there is a $500 dollar redemption fee.  Are these fee, (I think rather high fees) the usual for ETF?  Have others found fees for redeming -- Like back load fees on ETF??

I just wanted to let you know, I tried. I can't find any information on this, but did see management fees of 0.5 while overall fees were listed as 0.23.

Is this a State Street ETF?
